Can you provide the specialist products services and warranties in Adelaide that we have until now needed to send our cars to Melbourne for?

A.

Yes, the days of putting your car on a truck and losing sight of it for weeks have gone. We are able to provide all quality products and services in Adelaide complete with the warranties until now only available interstate. You can drop off your car in our Adelaide workshop, collect a loan car and if you like,come in every day to see the progress.

Will my car be kept under cover overnight?

A.

Your car will be stored inside our workshop overnight and the entire workshop is covered by recording cameras and monitored security.

How do you know so much about these cars when they have only been on the market for a short time?

A.

Our research started in 2014 when Ford Australia announced that these cars would be available in late 2015. We have been in contact with many suppliers both locally and offshore and have sampled and tested products to ensure their ability to perform in our environment. We have worked in a research and development capacity with many manufacturers. These factors have given us a great insight into the range of products available and their satisfactory performance.

Will you let me know if any of your enhancements will affect my new car warranty before actually doing the work?

A.

We will disclose to you in writing before commencing any recommended work, if it has any new car warranty ramifications and will ask you to acknowledge in writing that you have been informed. Certain products which affect new car warranty can be supplied with a replacement warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

I have heard that lowering the car can affect the comfort level of driving the car.

A.

This is true. In certain circumstances the ride quality can be compromised by fitting either incorrect or low quality parts. We will in all cases obtain information from you and ensure we recommend the best products to achieve the results you desire.

Are all your modifications suited to just the Mustangs or are they universal upgrades and made to fit Mustangs.?

A.

We use and recommend  products which have been tested and certified for use on the S550 Mustang.

Do you warranty your parts and services?

A.

Everything we fit will carry the parts manufacturers full warranty and our workmanship will be covered for a minimum of 12 months.

Do you carry out the enhancements including paint in house or will my car be sent out to other suppliers?

A.

We perform the vast majority of services in house. On rare occasions we may need an outside repairer or supplier to help with some manner of the total job. If your car is worked on elsewhere it will be only with your express permission.

Who will drive my car while you have it?

A.

Our technicians may need to obtain information which can be derived only by road testing the car. This is done by our senior staff only and speed limits and road rules will be strictly adhered to. In some cases the customer is requested to drive their own car on road test.
